Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005 - Serving Persons with Disabilities

The Children’s Community Network is committed to providing goods and services to Persons with Disabilities, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) 2005.

The Children’s Community Network accommodates Persons with Disabilities in areas designated accessible to the public. For greater clarity, areas designated as public include reception areas, meeting rooms, and washrooms in our office locations in Sudbury, Espanola, Manitoulin and Chapleau.

Notice of Temporary Disruptions in Services and Facilities

The CCN understands that persons with disabilities may go to considerable effort to access goods and services. This policy applies to both planned and unexpected temporary disruptions in facilities or services that persons with disabilities usually use to access the CCN’s goods or services. All staff members are responsible for notifying the CCN Administrative Assistant of any problems with the physical environment, or any services related to the facility.
