Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (closed daily from 12:00pm-1:00pm). Please note that families will be served on a flexible basis if business hours are identified as a barrier.

Observed Statutory Holidays

CCN offices are closed on New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
